Besides weekly, do you offer monthly or every other week service?
Because the pools we service are best maintained on a regular, reoccuring basis and our techs routes are scheduled based on this priority, we do not offer once a month or every other week service. However, we do perform one-time services as well as twice weekly services. If you have a special situation, please feel free to contact us.

What does it cost?
We believe in upfront pricing without hidden costs. Unlike many other pool companies, we include the basic required chemicals as well as two filter cleanings per year in our monthly cost. We detail unusual chemical costs and extra services in our simple service agreement. Full service weekly maintenance starts at $150 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Our Hero’s Guarantee to you includes NO monthly contracts. We bill each month’s service on the 1st of every month, and you can cancel next month’s service at any time. Our service is built on relationships with quality service you can trust. If we do those things well, we believe you’ll keep us around. That’s good enough for us.
Can I choose which day I receive service?
The short answer is maybe. If we have an opening on the day you choose, we can schedule you then. Our twice weekly customers always receive beginning of the week and end of week service due to the nature of their needs. However, when we service your pool weekly, you can count on it being swim ready at all times, regardless of the day of service.
